Sort my downloads

Pick a folder and CaughtUp finds tax-looking files and proposes a year-by-year filing plan. Nothing is uploaded, this happens entirely on your computer.

Duplicates are detected by content fingerprint (SHA-256), so only one copy of each document is ever kept, even if the filename differs or you run this again months later.

Some folders (like your user folder) are protected by the browser. If you see “can't open this folder,” choose a subfolder that holds your documents, CaughtUp will ask where to save the sorted copies if needed.
